Born in a Christian home, this humble servant of God was not too pleased as a child with his mother’s insistence that they all attend church every Sunday. Today Bro. Marvin Clarke is happy that she did because his steady walk with the Lord began in his late teens. When he joined Covenant Life Transformation Ministries, his growth continued. Marvin and his wife, Nicole (Sis. Lisa), have been serving as youth leaders from the inception of the ministry. They also lead a Community Discipleship Growth Group and men and women  small groups respectively.

 

Marvin has also been a Religious Instruction (RI) teacher at one of our secondary schools. His desire to serve also finds expression in his love for photography, and he has become the Church’s resident photographer.

 

Guided by his favourite scripture of Proverbs 3:5-6, and influenced by the message of Romans, Bro. Marvin’s daily prayer is that God would honour his desire to be available to serve Him wherever and however He chooses. For all he has accomplished in Christ, he says simply: To God be all the glory!
