Darrel Jones began his Christian walk at the age of 16 when he responded to the Holy Spirit's prodding during a Christian youth camp. His path led him to different churches over the years, where he served in various aspects of ministry, including ushering, Sunday School and youth ministry.

Darrel is one of Covenant Life Transformation Ministries' vocalists and also serves as the Media Team's leader. In addition, he leads one of the men's discipleship groups and teaches in the discipleship training programmes. It gives him great joy to see others grow in their purpose and relationship with God.

Darrel’s purpose, along with that of his wife, Joanne, and children, Caleb and Lael, is to serve his Heavenly Father in any capacity he is called to. He has always been inspired to serve others. This has driven him to serve not only in church but also in his profession as a medical doctor, in organizations, and in relationships. Darrel acknowledges that his life is a ministry to God and to the people of God. His passion is to communicate God's truth and understanding with anybody who would listen. He prays that God will forever be glorified in his life, that he will consistently bear the fruit of the Holy Spirit, and that he will always live completely surrendered to Christ.

Dr Joanne Jones serves as a leader of one of the ladies discipleship groups, works with the follow-up team and service in the Audio Visual ministry.
